I just have a few questions, Is the person under surveillance moving around and at times leaving the room and not in constant loop, 2nd question what is the UI for the RealLifeCam and does it show and details such as viewer count or even possible chat? If it's not repeating and said person is doing day to day activities with slight change or big change then I'd recommend consulting local authorities about it even if the chances of it being faked it's best to react just the slight chance that it's not. Another possible answer is that it's faked but I don't see any reason in doing that. If it is a hacked webcam that would put the person streaming it in extreme risk of being caught. It's not often someone finds a possible live stream of someone, it's possible that they set it up themselves for some unknown reason or it is a legitimate hacked webcam.
